Privacy Policy Statement

Mobile First AS by the General Manager is responsible for the processing of personal information.  We want to make sure that all personal information is processed in a safe manner.  Personal information is not stored any longer than necessary for the purpose of the processing.  An External Service Provider may process personal information on behalf of Mobile First AS.

This statement concerns the treatment of personal data collected and processed by Mobile First AS for marketing purposes and by the use of this website and our social media channels.  This statement contains information that you are entitled to pursuant to the Norwegian Personal Information Act and the GDPR Articles 13 and 14 (incorporated into the new Personal Information Act as of 15 June 2018 No. 38), as well as the Personal Data Act section 19 and information on how personal data are processed (Personal Information Act, Section 18, paragraph 1).  There will be varying grounds for processing personal data pursuant to section 8 (a) and (b) of the Personal Information Act as is constituted by consent of the subject or because it is required by law.  In some cases, it will be necessary to process personal information in order to fulfill entered agreements with the subject or to fulfill a legal obligation.  Consent to processing personal information may be withdrawn at any time pursuant to Article 13 (2) (c) of the GDPR..

We collect personal information in different ways

When a business relationship is established or when people contact us directly or from a third party provider or a publicly available source of information (such as a website).  The same applies through our web pages or data delivered directly to us.  When you fill out the contact information form, we will save the information that you have provided voluntarily, by filling out such form.  It includes names, phone numbers, emails and physical addresses.  We use this information for the processing and follow up of the request.  The information you provide will not be forwarded to third parties, with the exception of authorized data servers with whom we have an agreement.  If the information you provide by making contact, results in a customer relationship, this information is stored in our customer records in accordance with the Norwegian Accounting Act.

Sources that we utilize and cooperate with

Google may transfer this information to third parties if required by law or in cases where third parties process the information on behalf of Google.  Google will not connect your IP address with other information that Google has available.  See Google's Privacy Policy and Google's web pages in order to change your privacy settings.

We also have profiles in social media.  When you visit these pages, the social media, such as i.e. Facebook, they will process your personal information and use cookies.  More information about how each social media deals with personal information can be found in the respective social media.  Take a look at, for example, Facebook's Privacy and Cookies pages.  In some cases, we may use this information via the social media provider in order to show you targeted ads.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time and if the update is not significant, we may make such updates without publishing a specific notice about this.  If the change affects your rights or the way we process the information, we will inform you about this on our website.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to analyze visitor data, such as the number of users whom visit various pages and the duration of such visits.  The information is processed in an unidentified and aggregated form.  We collect the entire IP address, but the IP address is unidentified so that only the first three groups in the address are used to generate statistics.  That is, if the IP address consists of the numbers 195.159.103.82, only 195.159.103.xx is utilized.  In addition, IP addresses are processed at an aggregate level, that is; all data is merged into a group and not processed individually.  The information from Google Analytics is stored on Google servers, in accordance with EU Privacy Policy (GDPR).  Google LLC is the data processor of this information.

Facebook places one cookie on your device.  This cookie is used to optimize our advertising on our Facebook page
